• Who will I actually work with at Dybiec Wedding?

  You will work directly with Magdalena throughout the entire process. She does not pass couples to assistants or coordinators. Every consultation, every venue visit, every ceremony and every farewell moment is personally led by her.

• How many weddings does Magdalena plan each year?

  Magdalena intentionally accepts a limited number of weddings each year. This protects the quality and personal attention that each couple deserves. Dybiec Wedding is not a high-volume agency. It is a boutique practice built around presence and care.

• Does Magdalena also act as the celebrant?

  Yes. Magdalena is a certified master of ceremonies and can lead symbolic ceremonies in English, Spanish, German or Polish. For many couples, having their planner also act as their celebrant creates a more intimate and coherent experience — the person leading the ceremony understands the full story behind it.

• Can we plan our Mallorca wedding from abroad?

  Yes. Most Dybiec Wedding couples plan remotely from the UK, USA, Germany or Ireland. Magdalena guides the process through structured communication, curated recommendations and precise local coordination. You do not need to be on the island for every decision — you need the right person who is.

• What is the best way to begin?

  The first step is a private consultation with Magdalena. This is not a sales call. It is a conversation to understand your story, your priorities and whether the Dybiec Wedding approach is the right fit for what you are imagining.
