Your Mallorca
Wedding Story

A boutique wedding experience in Mallorca, personally guided by Magdalena — from the first conversation to the farewell morning.

Begin your story

The experience

Not just a wedding.
A story worth telling.

Most destination weddings feel rushed. A single day that carries the weight of months of planning, a hundred guests, and a lifetime of expectation — compressed into twelve hours and gone.

We design something different. A Dybiec Wedding unfolds with intention: a welcome evening for your guests to arrive and settle, a ceremony and celebration that can breathe at its own pace, and a farewell morning to close what you've built together.

The result is a wedding that feels effortless — not because it was simple, but because every detail was considered before you arrived.

How the experience unfolds

Three days. One story.

Each day has its own emotional arc. Together, they form a complete experience — one your guests will speak about long after they've returned home.

Meet Magdalena

Magdalena Dybiec has lived in Mallorca since 2014. She is a wedding planner, celebrant, and personal guide — three roles that, in her practice, are inseparable.

She works with international couples from the UK, Ireland, the United States, and across Europe. She is fluent in English, Polish, Spanish, and German. Every wedding she takes on is guided by her personally — from the first discovery call to the moment your guests wave goodbye.

"I don't plan weddings for people I've never met. I plan them for couples I've come to understand."

Is this right for you?

This experience is designed for
couples who value depth over speed.

You want your guests to
feel looked after

Not simply invited. The three-day structure means your guests have time to settle, to connect, to enjoy Mallorca — rather than flying in for a ceremony and out again the next morning. Their experience becomes part of your story.

You want a ceremony that
actually reflects you

Magdalena writes and leads every ceremony personally. No scripts from a file; no generic readings. A ceremony built around who you are, how you met, and what this commitment means — spoken by someone who knows your story.

You are planning from
outside Spain

The majority of couples Dybiec Wedding works with are based in the UK, Ireland, or the United States. Magdalena coordinates the entire experience on the ground, so you arrive at your own wedding as guests — not project managers.

You want one person
who holds the whole picture

Not a team of coordinators you've never met. Not a venue-assigned planner with six other weddings the same weekend. Magdalena is present throughout your wedding experience — before, during, and on the farewell morning.

Common questions

What couples ask before
their first conversation with Magdalena

What is a three-day wedding in Mallorca — and is it worth it?

A three-day wedding in Mallorca unfolds across Welcome Day, Ceremony and Celebration Day, and Farewell Morning. The structure gives your guests — most of whom have flown in from the UK, Ireland, or the US — the time to arrive without rushing, experience the ceremony with full presence, and leave with a complete memory rather than a single event. Couples who choose the three-day format consistently report that it is the single decision they are most grateful for. That said, a one-day wedding designed with the same care and intentionality is equally valid. The right format depends on your guest list, your budget, and what you want people to feel.

How much does a wedding in Mallorca with Dybiec Wedding cost?

A one-day wedding starts from €35,000. A three-day wedding experience typically ranges from €50,000 to €100,000 depending on guest numbers, venue, and the depth of the experience. These figures include planning, Magdalena's coordination and celebrant role, and vendor management. For a personalised estimate based on your guest count and vision, use our cost calculator.

Can we plan our entire Mallorca wedding from the UK?

Yes — and most of Dybiec Wedding's couples do exactly this. All venue visits, supplier meetings, and logistics are handled by Magdalena on the ground in Mallorca. Couples based in the UK, Ireland, or the United States typically visit the island once before the wedding date. Everything else is coordinated remotely, with full transparency at every stage.

Does Magdalena lead the ceremony herself?

Yes. Magdalena is both your wedding planner and your celebrant. She writes every ceremony individually — based on your story, your relationship, and what you want to say to each other and to your guests. There is no handed-off script and no separate celebrant to brief separately. The person who has planned your wedding is the person who stands with you on the day.

Is a symbolic ceremony in Mallorca legally valid?

A symbolic ceremony is a meaningful, fully personalised ceremony without civil registration in Spain. Many international couples choose this route — it allows complete creative freedom and can be held anywhere on the island, indoors or outdoors. For legal validity, couples typically register the marriage in their home country before or after the ceremony. Magdalena advises on the most practical approach based on your nationality and circumstances.
